What are your standard terms of payment?
For orders less than 1000 USD, 100% in advance. For orders over 1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance before production, and 70% balance before shipment.
What glass thickness is compatible with your patch fittings?
Our standard patch fittings are designed to fit tempered glass thicknesses ranging from 8mm to 12mm.
