What is the guarantee on your products?
We provide a 5-Year Mechanical Guarantee for our products.
Which grades of stainless steel do you use?
We work mostly with SUS304 and SUS316; some items can also be produced in SUS201.
Can you provide samples before placing an order?
Yes, we offer 3 pieces of free samples for evaluation. Courier accounts for freight collect are required.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms include T/T, D/P, Western Union, and L/C.
