Can you custom my design?
Yes. No problem. OEM & ODM services are all available for us.
If I send my design, can you keep it exclusive?
Yes. We can ensure that your design is made for yourself only and will not be shown to anyone else.
What's your packing method?
It depends on the customers' request and we will follow the requirements exactly, typically using paper box packing.
What's your delivery time?
Normally the mold making is 35-40 days. The product production time is typically 30 days after the first sample is confirmed.
What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard products, the MOQ is 100 pcs. For OEM products, the MOQ is 2000 pcs. Trial orders and samples are accepted.
What are the payment terms?
For payments ≤1000USD, 100% in advance. For payments ≥1000USD, 50% T/T as deposit and 50% balance before shipment. Large quantities are negotiable.
