Do you provide on-site installation services?
We mainly provide high-quality sliding door hardware accessories; however, we do not include installation services.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our payment condition is 30% deposit upon contract signing to start production, and the remaining 70% balance is required after quality inspection and before dispatch.
Can customers inspect the goods before shipping?
Absolutely. Once production is finished, buyers are welcome to send a QC agent to check the goods before the final balance payment and dispatch.
